This activity will introduce differentiated pathways in science and technology at Cycle Two of Secondary School. This is an example of short LES that offers a situational choice to the students. The LES is related to concepts from the Living World and the Technological World. The context of LES is based upon the work of Mr. Cyrille Barrette, retired biologist and professor at Laval University, who has studied the giant panda to highlight the physiognomic and behavioral adaptations observed in this animal. They are related to habitat and contribute to its survival.
